Refund policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – CHEGARO
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
• Please note that the GSM of the T-shirt may vary by ±5% from the description.
• Returns will not be accepted for items ordered in the wrong size. Customers are requested to refer to the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order. Each piece is handmade/curated with care, and we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for sizing errors.
• In case of partial COD orders, if the customer refuses to accept the shipment at the time of delivery, and after up to 3 delivery attempts by the courier partner, the order will be considered cancelled and no amount (including advance payment) will be refunded.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies the issue at their end.
• If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, it must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
• For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.
• In case of any refunds approved by the CHEGARO Team, it will take 3–5 business days for the amount to be processed.
